Highest honor 

In every phase of the police career I excelled and delivered above and beyond the usual expectation. I came to be regarded as a trend setter in the police career that won me highest honor as the POLICE CHIEF CADET for accelerated promotion.  

Revolutionary Leadership and Management Courses

With organizational change from an old bureaucratic Colonial structure to a modern decentralized organization carried out by Scotland Yard Police professional John Kelland, the Royal Fiji Police Force needed a clear understanding of leadership and management principles to keep pace with the change.   

To address this and the accompanying anxiety and misgivings often associate with change, I wrote a new leadership and a new Management Course.

The Mainstream Muslims in USA only started denouncing JIHAD after the tragic incident of 911. Go back and look at their history and slogans prior to 911.  They came on the same page as Ahmadi Muslims.   More recently, they have begun styling like us and now call themselves MUSLIMS 4 PEACE a line stolen directly from websites.  Before this, they were not Muslims for Peace. At a Glance Summary of Experience   Police officer, Royal Fiji Police College Instructor and Police Prosecutor. Sgt.
