BRIEF PROFILE 

HAYWARD, CA - My past law enforcement background includes award-winning performance as CID operative, fraud investigator, police prosecutor and police college instructor.

In every phase of the police career I excelled and delivered above and beyond the usual expectation. I came to be regarded as a trend setter in the police career that won me highest honor as the POLICE CHIEF CADET for accelerated promotion.  

Revolutionary Leadership and Management Courses

With organizational change from an old bureaucratic Colonial structure to a modern decentralized organization carried out by Scotland Yard Police professional John Kelland, the Royal Fiji Police Force needed a clear understanding of leadership and management principles to keep pace with the change.   

To address this and the accompanying anxiety and misgivings often associate with change, I wrote a new leadership and a new Management Course.

AIM, American Institute of Management last week made some significant changes and appointed a new Pacific Region coordinator to organize a chapter beginning first in Malaysia. 
Once all formalities are met with, there will be a formal inauguration.

WITH THE CREATION OF AHMADI MUSLIMS 4 PEACE, we wanted to put things in proper perspective.  For over a 100 years the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community founded by late Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian,  India has been promoting world peace as taught by the Holy Quran. Peace is the corner stone of the Ahmadiyya Muslim teaching. The JEHAD as taught by the mainstream Mullahs is against the teaching of Islam and we condemn and denounced. Our beloved Imam Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad declared the such a war of JIHAD is  HARAM.
