Our Main Mission To migrate traditional managers to professional managers through AIM accrediting and training workshops and seminars. Depending on life experience and academic work, members are accredited as Associates (AAM), Members (MAIM) or Fellows (FAIM) as mare of their professional accreditation and standing in their management career. It has its own accreditation and degree equivalency programs that members can use. All they have to do is submit their credentials for evaluation and approval.
