AIM - The American Institute of Management is a a reconstitution of what was originally FIM - Fiji Institute of Management founded in 1983 by Dr. H. Koya then a trainer officer in Suva under the auspices of the Australian Institute of Management. Board members of FIM comprised of General Managers of Queensland Insurance Company, Colonial Mutual (Australia), Fiji Times, Burns Phillip, Carpenters Fiji Limited, Bank of  New Zealand and several senior staff of the University of the South Pacific.  Following the military coups in Fiji since 1987, most members of FIM took residency abroad and FIM became dysfunctional. Fortunately the FIM founder Dr. H. Koya on immigrating to US, reconstituted FIM as the American Institute of Management with same professional aims and ambitions. I was blown away to learn that among her many talents, Nisha has natural flair for painting which she  perfected through some training a lots of practice. MILPITAS - Ahmadiyya Muslim Silicon Valley last month hosted a Leaders symposium at the Milpitas Community Center. In addition recogizing several community leaders, the chapter features key speakers on the Ahmadiyya perspective of answer to the crisis in leadership in Islam based on Islamic traditions and conditions set in the Quran, the Holy Book of Muslims.
